Obliterate cleave needs to be baseline in a hotfix

In the mean time, make m+ and aoe less tedious with making oblit cleave baseline to a degree, I beg you.

This would require them to nerf Oblit damage and the forums would have your head for it.

Plus I enjoy the interaction of DnD with the class
