Obligatory I quit post

Now that sounds more like it! They do tend to get me with the “look its all new stuff and we learned out lessons” BS.

I quit for like 18 months because I didnt like the timegates in BFA, or borrowed power systems. I came back for this expansion only to find they pretty much doubled down on everything I hated. So maybe 11.0 or 12.0 instead?

Leans in softly, gently caressing your cheek. Whispers in your ear…

“Git gud.”

Console is fun, but not for MMO games. Im gonna play SWTOR to catch up on what Ive missed there, then dive full steam into FFXIV. I just started that a few weeks ago and really enjoy the actual RPG experience.

WoW is my first love, but I think its time I mature and see other MMO’s. Plenty of fish in the proverbial sea these days.

No point even mentioning MMO games my friend when wow dies so will they. They are already on their way out the door.

Rpgs are the thing now.

LOL this all sounds like Ultima Online, which I LOVED. Valheim is on the list!

4fps? Maybe upgrade your machine.

And yes, all those things you mentioned are important to a survival game. It is just a suggestion if you get tired of WoW, which is pretty understandable.

I simply posted it as a joke.

I do wish you the best and maybe things will turn around here and you’ll come back to Azeroth. Either way, Aka’Magosh and may the Earth Mother smile upon you.

Another game you can play as SWTOR there are several unique classes loaded with cinematic storylines that are absolutely phenomenal. Each class has a different story line that feels very much like it’s part of the Starwars universe. They are 100% voice acted quests and storylines

With that said once you do all the storylines which is probably a few months of content there’s not anything to do in the game but at least it will soak up some of your time

Also on a more serious note, you can basically mod all of the “survival” out of Valheim with mods if survival tropes annoy you. In fact one in particular, Valheim Plus.

But yeah if you want to stick to MMOs exclusively, don’t cut out ESO! It’s endgame is :poop: but it probably has my favorite open world of any mmo on the market right now. Serious storylines with full voice acting and mostly little vignettes in zones that you can freely hop around. The Elder Scrolls lore is rock solid as always, so the story doesn’t feel like you’re reading a 12 year old’s bad fanfic (most of the time). Plus, player housing!

Between our ingame talk, FFXIV is good as discussed.

Though if you want to try some VR stuff, VRCHAT has been pretty fun. It’s not structured in anyway it’s just socialising online but I’ve found it to be a fun break from the grind of mmos.

lol what’s going on in this thread?

op creates a second account so they can make a quit post about trading their own gold to themself?
i’m so confused right now.

Can confirm I’m not OP. I’m also Ishu here on the forums (long time player).

We’ve talked plenty.

Yeah, thats what Im diving back into now. I WISH WoW had their unique class storylines, companions, conversation options, and that little bit of feeling that your actions actually change things and how people react to your character over time.

Of course, Bioware hasnt exactly been the same since EA bought them out either but I would love a Mass Effect MMO.

Yup, you caught me! In reality, you are my third account that Im using to call myself out.

Up next, a 4th account of mine will call that a lie to create drama and promote my onlyfans.

We do have similar amount of achievements points and that’s probably why. All my characters are on aussie servers though and all in broke af :joy:

Can I have your gold?

I’m serious. I want Lightforged Warframe…

i’ll keep my skepticism :upside_down_face:

the numbers seem a tad too close, and while you’re both replying, neither of you are in the reply box at the same time.

you’ll just regret it, save your gold for something cooler
