yall ever plan to nurf healers they are way to overpowered, its stupid that a 340 priest can out heal a 370 feral, and the priest wins the duel everytime....
Healers should always be slightly ahead in a 1v1 environment, But should even out in a team environment.
This tends to be so groups will coordinate in both attack and protection of healers.
You could also with careful balance, do it the other way. But its a bit harder if they just make groups too powerful.
Gear really should not be a huge and complete advantage and blizzard sucks at getting that right currently :P
But feral probably need a something it seems at this point.

I can out heal a 370 feral on my warrior, so a 340 priest should be able to also.

This. We could do it your way, but have fun never seeing a healer in any PvP situation again.

This is entirely a L2P issue I destroy healers on my feral. If they aren't running from you, you are the problem.
Maybe if you didn’t name your character after crappy eBay car parts you’d git more gud.

If 340 priest beats you should be learning guides how to flay feral not ask to bring healers to your level of gameplay.
healer specs should always have the edge in self healing, and be the best at group healing.

Nothing is balanced around 1v1 duels.
No DPS class should be able to 1v1 a healing spec.
A tank vs healer duel should always be a stalemate.
Wanting one particular class (dps) to be able to kill tank and healer classes just results in less tanks and healers in general, and that slows queue for dungeons to a crawl.
Besides which anyone wishing a nerf on another deserves to have themselves get a permanent debuff where they take 100% more damage and have 100% less mitigation abilities and take 100% less healing.
