Number needed for guild raid achievements

Can someone point me to a place I can find out how many members you need for legacy raid achievements? It should be listed in the achievement, but I’m having a heck of a time finding out if we need 8 or 20 for each of the raids.

Thanks!

If you are talking about getting guild achievements, it was always 8 guildies for 10-man and 20 for 25-man. If you are in a flexible raid like all the raids since SoO, 80% of the entire group should be guildies with a minimum of 8. It is worth noting that Ulduar is classed as a flexible raid now.

If you are talking about character achievements like “Only the Penitent” it is best to check on a site like wowhead if the achievement itself doesn’t explicitly state it. There are definitely a few achievements that require a full group.

To earn Guild Dungeon Challenge credit, the 5-player party must be composed of at least 3 guild members . Raid and Rated Battleground Challenges require that 8 out of 10 players be guild members, while 20 guild members are required to earn credit for 25-player raids.

what about in shadowlands and if we doing old raids like from draenor or classic , which can be soloed but we go in a party of 3 guild members will that count ?

This is something I’m wondering about now. For old raids, do we still have to go in there with 8 members in order to count as a “Guild Run”? So many dungeons can be solo’d these days, too. Will this restriction be looked at in the future?

Currently working on this too. 2 of us are in random BG’s and get guild achievemnts randomly at times, but working on glory of cata raider and 2 players on 10man roster did not count. Ill try inviting alts to the grp and leave them “offline” to see if this works.

Hello, I’m pretty sure it’s 7 for raid and 3 for dungeon.

Did It work? I dont have but 2 other friends in guild and want to unlock the reins of the dark phoenix. seems silly to find 6-7 others to join my guild just to walk through solo-able raids
