For the 3/3 Blacksmithing orders quest, I just use one of my alts to send myself personal orders for Excavation Shovels from Dragonflight. Super cheap to make and they count toward fulfilling the 3/3 order quest.

Hey i mean, riding the lightening while you can right? Ill sell nullstone for like 8k a pop.

This quest should be dropped to 1 at minimum, to match the enchanting refulgent crystal quest (but it’s not really a match because the price disparity is still massive :joy:).

I hadn’t seen this yet but it explains why Null Stones spiked to over 6k for a bit yesterday.

I was thinking the same thing. Null stones are way too rare to give up for just 3 knowledge points. I might do it for 50.

I have quite a few null stones from mining, still dropped the quest.

I do this by making Blacksmith hammers on my BS and sending them to my Enchanter to disenchant. 1 Core Alloy, which is easy to make, makes 1 hammer. As of now they all come out R3+ so that gives quite bit of dust for each one.

Yeah, I’ve resorted to keeping a large stockpile of Bismuth on my alt, and a steady flow of Core Alloy orders to myself.

World boss is 1000k gold…where’s the pets/mounts? xmog? Something!

Yeah. even with 9 of them in my Warbank, I read the quest and clicked refuse.

10k is a lot of gold? i thought 10k was the new 100g

I have an alt send me plate bracer orders from dragon land. easy peasy.

But hey, guys, Professions are better now, right? I mean, the few people out there complaining about them got what they wanted, right? Right?

I don’t know about you, but I am so glad we have three different qualities of materials to putz around with. Not to mention the specializations. WHOA! Those are so interesting and theres no way you can gimp yourself from making gold by choosibng the wrong trees, right? So glad we have a way to refund knowledge points and try something new.

Should have put your knowledge points into Bismuth specialization to make gold. The final point means you no longer damage uncovered Null Stones from Bismuth deposits.

Even if you didn’t do this, I was regularly getting 5 pieces of Null Stone per hour farming. Also, use the wax-turn quest to get crates of ore. Most of them have Null Stones in them.

When you need a guide on how to spend profession points, the shark has been jumped.

Everyone that I know is selling their null stones this week on the AH.

ore box is the best one as it has a high chance to contain a null stone, the dust one kinda sucks.

i’m skipping it this week.

It’s the same for talent points. You can take a couple minutes to read a guide, or a couple minutes to read the profession trees to consider what’s best. It’s not hard. Bismuth is needed more than any other ore, so it makes sense for goldmaking to talent into Bismuth specialization. A quick run to the AH to check prices would have confirmed this.
