So, you def wanted the classic good vs evil. I wanted to see her be like one of my favorite sayings, “To fight evil, you have to understand the dark.” In other words, I kinda wanted her to be that dark leader to helped the horde grow and mature and to show everyone else that while there can be no light without dark, that dark does not always = evil.

While I’d enjoy the classic good vs evil, I would’ve enjoyed this approach as well if it was done right. I think it’d be much more difficult for Blizz to do well though, especially in the context of a MMO.
You can’t just tell people that it’s dark but not evil. There are a lot of nuances that you have to show for it to work and MMOs don’t tend to be the best medium for that (especially when you have people that ignore quest text and then complain things don’t make sense).

all but one are. It was that darkness/light thing that attracted me to them. I have three max level void elves.

This one time I attacked that undead fisherman rare in Silverpine . . . His dialogue made me feel like a complete heel.
Now the only rares I usually kill are corrupted beings . . . at least then I’m putting them out of their misery.

Runas. I mean, I didn’t kill him but after the first alt through I knew what turning in that quest would lead to. At least his last few hours meant something.

Anytime I had kill any Green Dragon. Ysera killed me the most.
I haven’t done it but seeing how Blizzard made Troll Kids (Whelps)attackable in the game and the Drakkari alongside the Farraki is truly heartbroken for me as Blizzard shows they don’t care much about to killing kids of non human looking races.
Honorable mention to the Taurens killed while defending and helping civilians escape from Taurajo during the raid in Cataclysm

I felt bad about killing Feasel the Muffin Thief in Mac’aree, especially when I saw his collar after looting! Poor little weasel pet just wanted to eat some muffins in peace. Same with any of the pets that drop those Tears after you kill them (the rares that are put in for Hunters to tame), usually when I do it’s on accident, but I repent anyway.

Anyone who didn’t at least choke up a little bit at this line is weak and won’t survive the winter.
Ysera…HANDS DOWN. I actually cried during the cinematic in Legion. 
Fun fact: Aethas Sunreaver has ONE world quest line for Argus and it’s ONLY for Feasel.
So, Feasel took Aethas’s muffin, and Aethas wanted his blood.

At the time, I really thought this was going to be how it went–especially when Tyrande talked about having to ‘subdue’ her.
So I was just thinking ‘Ok, she’s pretty low health now, so she should turn unattackable any second…aaaaaany second…uh, guys?’
