You know the assassin thing and the artillery chain fire really got me in the beginning.
It was only until I got a better computer and up the animations graphic section that I actually realized that they were little swirls in the ground right before the artillery chains hit.
I was so frustrated. It had to be an interesting dynamic on paper and added a layer of danger. However in practice it was murder on me.
The biggest issue being that not every class suffered as much as the other. Demon hunters could swoop from being grabbed. Druids could travel form and break snare.
Heck, I was more mad that this DK expansion wasnât my expansion moreso than Wrath. Wraith walk is literally putting me into the shadowlands. And I can use it while deadâŚbut it should have been extra long.
Unless its reality altering for gameplayâŚnot even an alt pursuit is planned.
If my VE hunter is still getting planted hard by a conquest geared warrior with 2 legoâs I am pretty sure this will not change for the BE hunter. their racial is aeo debuff. not +75% damage mitigation.
This patch actually nailed it on the flight matter. Some weeks on ground to enjoy the zone at ground level, no particular hoop, then flight to enjoy it from above. Works for me.
The zone has always been tiny. Never felt big even without flying.
And you calling somebody a âstalkerâ doesnât invalidate anybodyâs points either.
Ehh. Personally, i didnât really like how the jump puzzles were setup, mainly because they didnât improve the jump controls (in order to be fun), used spheres for some puzzles or didnât communicate clearly that what i was suppose to do is use my class abilty or door of shadows to teleport over which, how iâm suppose to know that when i try that anywhere else, it doesnât work?
I can actually get to all the rares now before people kill them by sitting in the center of the map. Before hand you had to sit in one spot and just farm the rares in that area.
Its actually larger because the entire zone is designed with flying in mind, and thereâs all kinds of treasures you couldnât access before, like the area where you have to soothe all the agitated wildlife before youâre rewarded with the treasure.
Feeling that itâs smaller is a you problem.
Rares are dying at the same rate per player attacking them as before. The mechanics of the game havenât changed.
Buy 310% flying.
Zarith Mortis is 100% less annoying and 100% more fun now because Iâve got my Air Swimming Doggo whoâs a very good boi!
