Pvp gear for level 10-120

Can we get some pvp gear/purchasable gear and enchants for low level to high level pvp. I like to pvp/bg mostly. Not a fan of everything being pve based now. Can we get some items added that we can buy or earn through quest to actually enjoy low level to high level pvp. And if you want to cap your exp at 10-whatever you can atleast earn the same pvp gear as a 19 since it scales up.
