Now PvP doesn't get a vault? Lmao

This post is whats so annoying about wow. People that have no clue what has happened, complaining so confidently about something that was significantly improved for pvp. Sigh. Were easily in the best iteration ever of pvp gearing and its not even close.

Were not time gated for sockets any more. What we have is way better. You have to be trolling at this point. You get weapons week 3, a much higher conquest cap and not time gated by sockets, not to mention you can craft all your stuff how you like it now. You’re just lost. Most people are about 2 ilvl off the max ilvl in week 5.

No one is arguing that this system is the best we’ve had but thats not saying much. The way people defend blizzard is absolutely incredible to me. Greatly increasing weekly conquest or outright removing the cap is the only thing to do. PVE players can constantly grind the content they want and get rewarded for it. Pvpers are just asking for the same thing.

Tin foil cap theory is they want the PVErs to be able to do the bare minimum and have equal gear to people that only care about PvP.

sorry devoker representative, but you’re cooked

im in favor of letting pvp give you pve vault rewards, but pvp gearing as is is good. no reason to change anything about it.

removing the cap is not good. Its better to have it go up at about the pace it is now so degenerates dont just farm full gear in 1 week and have a big gear advantage. It’s not like one person can farm more than another and there is a gear disparity because of it. Being full geared in 6 weeks and remove the cap after that is a good pace and much healthier for the game than no cap week 1.

always has been. irrelevant to this entire discussion.

It takes 10 minutes to do and is a reliable, quick way to fill targeted slots to near BiS ilvl.

So you’re complaining about not getting a vault, which required a conquest grind EVERY SINGLE WEEK, while also complaining about getting the most expensive two slots of PVP gear at no conquest cost.

Cry more.

Why are you even here if you can’t stomach logging in and playing the game at all? you’re just whining about a totally reasonable system. You have no real argument here. you’re repeatedly showing that you’re lazy while also demanding the old system that required weekly play, and if you couldn’t cap, you just lose it.

the current system is extremely easy to gear on. you’re just a cry baby!

Who cares if people farm gear at whatever pace they want. If there isn’t a cap then it’ll all equal out eventually.

I am. but i realize that its subjective so i won’t literally argue it with anybody. but what i will do is tell people like that OP that their opinion is bad.

A lot quicker to gear for me, I only got something useful from fully filled pvp vault maybe 1/4 times (at best) that I opened it.

Do you even know what you’re mad about lmao? You get rewarded with free weapons just for playing the game. The free weapons easily offset not having a vault for most players (unless you were just insanely lucky with vault rng).

The only difference is that now, everyone can gear up at the same rate, whereas before you had to get blessed by rngesus to not get garbage from your vault, and consequently be behind the gear curve (especially on alts) for a much longer period of time.

You get rewarded with more gear from spending time doing world pvp / the sparks quest.

Toss in 2-3 pieces of gear from the free crafting reagents.

Notwithstanding the irrational entitled whining, this is the best pvpers have ever had it for gearing, and while not wrong about us being second class citizens, you have to remember that wow is not built around pvp. Understand that from a common sense and/or business perspective, investing significant amounts of time and/or resources to cater to 5% (probably being generous) of the players that only (or mainly) pvp is not logical.

Ez fix. Stop playing

I can empathize with any/all complaints about class balance, tuning frequency, addon requirements, learning curve, horrible base UI, inflation/deflation, etc., but whining about gearing is, to put it as nicely as possible, just a low IQ move.

In any event, good luck to you finding a game/hobby you don’t hate

Yeah cheap if you have tons of gold.

I have mostly crafted pvp gear and I probably spent under 10k gold to get all of it

I have made more gold from selling the vicious bloodstones that I needed to buy the heraldries than I did to craft, which means that I’m gold net positive

I suggest not using your honor to buy the contender strongboxes

Now I know your lying. You simply cannot be taken serious now. Move along.

The only thing that’s really expensive is a few of the r3 enchants, jewelry and sockets, but you can do pvp for vicious bloodstones.

ok maybe that number is out of sync because i started using that quote last week

but it’s been under 18k for sure, and I’m 100% gold positive. Mat quality doesnt matter for pvp gear, iirc, so I just buy the cheaper ones

if you’re not gold positive with pvp then you’re just bad with money. financial skill issue

Doesnt need one. In fact its better this way. before, people would get lucky with gear, and get ahead way quicker due to vault RNG.

Its better this way, trust me.

I did the math in another thread, but with this system you get full bis gear on average at least 2 weeks faster. You’re just mad without understanding why, wtf?
