I’d have voted for the tree.
Besides, knowing these forums, had the slime cat won, I guarantee people would be moaning about how the cat is terrible and the tree should have won.
I didn’t vote for the Tree, but It is pretty awesome. It’ll be a great addition to the game. 
I wish they would’ve made them all and put them on a vendor in game or even in the shop. I really wanted that spellbook.

Last year we collaborated with our World of Warcraft communities across the globe to create a new mount to gift all players with Shadowlands activated on their account. After receiving hundreds of thousands of votes, the Wandering Ancient came out on top! Watch the magic behind creating this mount set to make its way to eligible players in Q1 of 2021.
The post I replied to was about requirements, not the delivery date.
It’s not a WoW term, it’s a financial one—First Quarter of the year.
Larger? It’s already too big to comfortably use in most places. This will be seen in major cities, and pretty much nowhere else, once people realize how impossible is not to get stuck on every tree, branch or bridge when using it.
The logic in asmons chat was “Vote for what you wouldnt pay for” because everyone assumed the other 3 would be Store mounts. (not meant to be toxic to the artist; it looks amazing but i wouldnt pay as much for this as the other 3 so vote this one into being free)

No, they get ganked by a tree full of squirrels for their predisposition to forest clearing.

I actually went to the full article page and watched the developer/designer video. I commend all of the developers and designers at WoW, to include the guy doing the sound effects . I never knew how much actually went into making unique mounts like this. And, the details, the use of WoW history, etc. to make this mount was interesting. Can’t wait to log into the game and use this awesome creation! This will especially be used for characters I am leveling without flying!
Maybe we can get the other 3 scattered throughout the expansion with each major content update ? Just an idea lol. After all, it would satisfy every voter and the mount they chose.
