Youre committed to mental gymnastics. Patch release and content release is diff. Every iteration of classic releases with last patch balance not last patch content.
Yeah this is a good change. One down, one to go…them pillars are cracking already. Hey Blizz do us a favor and not make us wait however long you’ve decided to put LFD off. Go ahead, just release it and get it over with.
No, we’re launching with 3.3.4 balancing and some of the later features. Dual Spec was present in 3.3.4, but was not a 3.3.4 feature. It came earlier. We do not have the Argent Tournament and that gearing method yet. In fact, we’re not launching with 3.3.4 features, because RDF isn’t present, either.
So to pretend we’re launching in 3.3.4 is false.
You remind me of that undead warlock who spent a lot of time a few weeks ago calling every anti-RDFer a dumb troll, and I haven’t seen him lately
I know you aren’t the sharpest tool in the shed, but i’ll try to break it down simple enough for someone to understand after their brain has been rotted by playing retail and getting welfare epics in LFR.
The class balancing is on 3.3.5 for the simple reason that it is the most complete version of class balance given the context of available talents, spells, and gear.
Also for the given benefit of not having to manage merge conflicts of different iterations of items pre-post nerf, etc.
great, now give people xrealm arena!!
Nyaria has been posting here forever, as for you mr level 70 death knight, less than 2 weeks
Yea and we started classic and tbc on late patches. doesnt mean they released all the content dailies bgs and such right away.
Can we do dungeons next
Actually I’ve been around since the beginning of classic you just dont recognize me.
Content, not feature.
It should be, thats the point.
Yep, lets kill social community more lol. Thats exactly what blizz is going to do… again?
oopsie daisy
Thanks for the catch.
Jeebus people.
Learn the different between patch content and game feature.
apparently lol
It’s gearing method was absolutely a feature.
You can try to separate content and features all you’d like, but the fact of the matter is that we are not launching in 3.3.4.
We have those talents, and that is for the sake of ease for Blizzard.
Outside of that, we don’t have ICC, we don’t have RDF, we don’t have Argent Tournament.
I really don’t care.
none of your anti-RDF points are New, they’ve all been rolled out and shot down to death.
The only reason blizzard isn’t launching RDF is not to satiate you and your weird ilk that for some reason act like Amish being introduced to decade old technologies, but to line their pockets with making their level boosts more attractive, once that burst of money is gone they will “Listen to the community” and suddenly RDF will be back in.
I’d personally rather skip the part where they make the game worse to line their own pockets thank you.
There is zero good arguments against RDF, Blizzard isn’t siding with you, they are just taking an action their accountants have convinced them will make them more money. They will dump RDF back in the game to retain subscriptions once they milk enough boost money out of people, and not give it a second thought.
Nah guy who doesn’t want to sit in cities all day just to que for pvp.
we decided on Patch 1.12: Drums of War as our foundation, because it represents the most complete version of the classic experience.

They use the latest and most complete version. Because it’s the most complete. Then they phase content.
Content. Not features.
Then we also shouldn’t have Dual spec or the BG finder, because neither of those were at Wrath launch.
