I find your logic is flawed if you consider any funny/memey scene in Jojo made them not serious but you still consider WOW serious when there’s many absurd, pop culture based, memey quests in the game.

I personally think Sylvanas being sent to the maw was unjustified especially because her crimes PRE-Cata where no where near as bad as ANYTHING garrosh or Kael did but they ended up in Revendreth.

I consider WoW serious based on the lore, you know; the novels, cinematics, comics, and other media that’s regarded as official lore. Quests are gameplay and while they can bring up the lore, most of it is shown in raids and not solo or smaller content like dungeons. Do you expect people to believe that a group of 5 rag-tag adventurers killed a god that can destroy planets by opening its mouth? There’s a reason it’s called gameplay.

We don’t know how she was sent there but there’s reason to believe since she died in Icecrown Citadel, an anchor to the Shadowlands, the Jailer was able to either pull her soul to him or send Mawsworn to receive her soul before the Kyrians. She likely made a deal with the very being that damned her.

Unprovoked, she burned down a city full of civilians, it’s pretty damn clear.
She used to be a good character, but now she’s just another generic villain.
