Not really, let alone to keep the gold because everything costs tons of gold. The only people that have gold are long time players or people that buy tokens, which is what Blizzard wants.

How are you guys so bad at making gold? You can easily make 300+k a month with just dragon riding world quests.

Mail it to me, then. I never made it to 50k. I lose gold PvPing because they artificially make you lose durability at the end of matches now.
Bro, it’s really hard to do world quests when I’m juggling 4 wives, 6 girlfriends, 32 kids, and 47 grandparents while working 26 hours a day.

I brought zero tokens during SL, I started with around 100K, I gained enough gold just by playing the game, no herbing or mining, no AH shenanigans, no crafting or profession work, but I still gained enough gold over the duration of SL that I was able to buy all the missing AH mounts I did not have and was STILL was able to get myself a Francios pet (Note: You need 1 million gold on a single character to get that pet).
Yes and no. The parents wanted their kids to have a gold star for everything because “They are the next Ronaldo”, but it puts a bad example to the kids, because if the parents are constantly doing something the kids think it’s the right thing to do.

You can make more then enough to pay for repairs just by selling honor gear when you cap out your honor. You shouldn’t be losing gold pvping unless you’re doing something wrong.

What graph? I don’t run TSM or any other addon that keeps track of all that. Don’t believe me if you don’t want to, but you can gain very easy gold just by playing the game.
Right now there is over 6K worth of gold reward WQ’s up, 7 DR WQ’s which is 3.5K more gold, that’s around 10K for doing some simple WQ. During SL we had callings that gave easy gold, paragon rewards that was a very easy passive income from just, you know, playing the game.
Apparently these days any claims of “I have gold” is all just crap according to some of you.
