I have put in a couple tickets now and still have not had my issue resolved yet.
Your profile does show that you haven’t collected the Scorching Valor mount yet, if that’s the one you’re referring to.
Two things to check for immediately: make sure it’s not waiting for you in your gift claim either here on the website or on the Battle.Net launcher. Additionally, check your game subscription and make sure it’s reporting a “next billing date”. Without an active subscription, you aren’t eligible for the mount.

This is usually the culprit. Someone buys the 6 or 12 months sub, then immediately cancels it. You must have an active subscription with a renewal date to be eligible for the rewards.
