Three out of 5 champions have Potion of Herb Tracking, but I haven’t received a potion in over a week or two. It’s a very costly item / potion to acquire and deserves to be looked at as a bug.
I normally caution bug reporters complaining about bad RNG, but I have never heard of those follower items ever returning anything, so I think you’re onto something.
