Not in Same Phase as My Friend

I’m not sure where I should post this exactly so sorry if this is the wrong place, but I am level 120 and trying to party with my friend who has tried on two different characters, one level 110 and another level 101, but no matter where we go outside of Orgrimmar we are in different phases

You will both need to ensure you are in the same War Mode status (i.e., both have it enabled OR both have it disabled).
