Got mine almost instantly.
Gotta check your collections for it tho, I thought it would be mailed. Nope.

That’s odd. I’ve done hundreds of other twitch events and I’ve never had a reward removed from my account after a week. I can go back to 2016 and look at rewards I’ve claimed. Blizzard is really f’ing with the players who aren’t getting their drops.
A. Earned Twitch Drop rewards will expire 7 days after they’ve been claimed if a Battle.net account has not been linked.
You have until the 2nd to get the Feldrake. You could probably make a new account now, link it, and have 2 extra days to secure the drop before the event ends.
been over 30+ hours I haven’t received mine either. I got the kite right away.
I got mine like 5mins after I claimed mine, didn’t have to log out or anything. My youngest brother had to log out and log back in for it to register he got it. I think it’s just luck of the draw. The kite one took like 18 hours for me to get.
I opened a ticket since mine was missing, and it was closed as "resolved’ with no drake. I guess I’ll just keep opening tickets until i get the mount i was promised.
fwiw here is the response I just received for same issue as others,
Thank you so much for contacting us about your missing Twitch and Youtube rewards.
While Customer Support is unable to directly assist with these matters, please note most players who have properly linked their account have receive their rewards within 72 hours. You can verify you have linked the correct account on the page below:
battlenet account
Additionally, please note that if you have changed your password on your Twitch or Youtube account, you will have to re-authenticate your Battle.net.
Finally, you can earn these rewards only on one Battle.net account. This means that if you link your Twitch or Youtube account, watch the required amount, then unlink and link your Twitch or Youtube account to another Battle.net, you will not receive the rewards a second time.
What I haven’t tried yet is disconnecting and reconnecting from Battlenet from Twitch side of things
I connected a new twitch account to a throwaway wow account and already got the Feldrake. Lol. I think the server outages have removed or made the drops unavailable for a lot of people. Blizzard refusing to lift a finger to look into it as always.
I had to open a second ticket and got this as a reply -
I have had a chance to look over our internal documentation on this for you, and it looks like the issue with some accounts not receiving the recent WoW Twitch drops has been reported by several other players. Our QA team is currently in the process of gathering reports to look into a fix, so I went ahead and added your account info to our internal bug report. Unfortunately, we don’t have a workaround for the issue at this time or an ETA for when that fix will be ready, but I’m sure if you keep your eyes on the hotfix log and patch notes, you’ll see it mentioned before too long!
So, I guess open a ticket, and if they close the ticket with the general response, open a new ticket, and document the old one in it. I’m going to keep this one open till I get the mount.
Also side note: Be kind in your ticket! Don’t be demanding/rude.
If you want an example of what to submit, I can create one so you can copy paste.
I’d like a copy. I have additional information I can provide for them and I’d like to merge our ideas.
I believe what happened was, we redeemed it while Blizz servers were having authentication/connection issues. So while Twitch sent the signal we got the mount, the Blizz side of it didn’t receive the signal. I don’t know if there’s a way to have Twitch resend the signal or to have Blizz check. I play another game, Rust, that has drops every so often and on the Rust page of Facepunch there is a “Check for missing drops” button that checks your Twitch account for a drop you earned but you weren’t credited for.
Going on almost 2 days and nothing. My accounts are connected. I got the kite previously. I just don’t know what’s going on.
That’s most likely what happened. They should just add it to everyone’s account again, just don’t let people who already have it redeem it again. I don’t know why Twitch drops always have to be this complicated.
Blizzard close my ticket in regards to this without even reading it, sending some links that were not even relevant. The support portal is so broken I cant reopen or even log a new ticket… it keeps saying im not logged in even though in game and logged in on the website.
I guess I’ll just miss out…
Yeah i didn’t take that i reopened that ticket and posted a few links showing others having the same issue and i prefer a better response then some generic copy and past one.
After 2hrs of trying to submit another ticket it finally let me submit a new ticket. I could never get it to reopen the one they intentionally resolved to ignore this issue.
Claimed mine 48 hours ago, and it hasn’t shown up in my mounts. Can’t even open a ticket because the support panel won’t load, lol.
Here’s the ticket I submitted -
Hello,
I watched the required time for the Feldrake, but I have yet to get the mount. I got the dragon kite pet right away so I know that my account is linked correctly.
But if I unlink the account now, it’s already been claimed so I’m afraid to lose out on the chance to get it.
Please let me know if you need any other information other than what I’ve listed below:
Twitch Account: XXX
Battlnet account: XXX
Email if needed: XXXThank you for your time.
*Edit - I also admit it took me several tries to get their support page to load/and be able to submit the ticket.
I think you are spot on with this, excellent post
Yea same here, watched 4h from point it went live and as soon as I got the twitch notification I claimed, the above post from Felerino seems to be most logical
What are you guys doing to get to submit the ticket? I can only get to it through the In game issue → items → not listed. Is there a better path to submit a ticket?
