30 hours as well. Same story as above. I received my dragon kite within an hour 2 weeks ago

After 30+ hours, still no Feldrake. My wife who claimed it the exact same moment as me got hers almost instantly.

My Dragon Kite took a day or two to arrive, but Ichabod and the Fel Drake were basically instantly delivered after claiming them.
30+ hours of waiting now.
I’m starting to wonder if the mount is just lost in a limbo and I’ll never get it.
i claimed mine at 10PM est on the 28th still nothing today i thought it was a max wait time of 24 hours
Still haven’t got mine. Claimed it 4 hours after streams started…
I recieved the fel drake instantly after clicking the claim button, but I have still not recieved the dragon kite pet. I think the system is a little borked.
I hope you all eventually get your mounts and pets. I read someone in another thread wrote that he/she disconnected their Twitch account and then re-connected it and then the item appeared. I don’t know if that is the thing to do or not, but it seems like it could be a solution. I would just hope maybe that doesn’t mess things up even more, though.

Guess i’ll put in a ticket, wait 40 days for a reply, then 3 more times because they just give you an automated reply anyway, and then not get it in the end.

Add me to the 30+ hours crew. I opened a ticked, that was quickly closed as answered, that they are aware and are investigating.

It’s been over 30+ hours for me as well. I opened a ticket and it was quickly closed and put as “resolved” saying to look at the forums for an answer. So I put in another ticket.
Same here. I don’t know what I should do. I hope my husband’s account didn’t get my mount!

Calm down guys, if we receive something without any problems, it would not be something that we would receive from blizzard. Just wait.
Your PC has nothing to do with it. In fact I would bet a huge amount of players, myself included, have better systems than you do and are still waiting for the fel. There’s something in the backend going on. Twitch drops are all server side, absolutely nothing to do with PC specs.

Ya I claimed mine early yesterday morning and still so far nothing…Ill be checking again after maintenance but I guess if I dont get it then I guess I dont get it…

36 hours in, no Feldrake as a gift in mount collection tab. I even tried the relinking Twitch/Battle Net connection solution, to no avail.
Under by Battle Net games, I have my retail WoW account with a special name, and the PTR account labeled as WOW1. I have the correct Twitch user name linked under Battle Net connections. In Twitch I have Battle Net linked under other connections.
The mount was redeemed at 10:17pm EST on Monday, after 4 hours of watching Asmongold who had drops enabled. On Drops Inventory page the Feldrake drop is under the Claimed section, with a checkmark. If I hover over the checkmark my mouse turns into a red slashed circle and says Game Account Connected.

I got mine immediately after I claimed it. Did you double check if you properly linked accounts, and had a drop-enabled stream going?
