What I seen so far when people are filling out tickets is that they are pretty much closing them and not doing anything about it

I have done that part as well. I got the pet and two and other things for Over Watch instant. but not the drake.
I got mine right after I claimed it. Then again I have an Alienware and I have no issues with lag or anything in game. You pay for what you get I guess…
TLDR: I love my new free feldrake!

I got my Feldrake almost instantly last night , maybe cuz no one was claiming them at the moment … now everyone is rushing Twitch
Been a full 24 hours here, still no feldrake. Did everything necessary. All my friends got theirs. Claimed in on twitch. Guess we got scammed.

Your pc and twitch drops have nothing to do with it lol… since the drake is awarded by claiming the reward and blizzard giving it to you

Same here. I’ve logged in and out several times of the game and launcher too.
Completed yesterday right on the four hours needed. Everyone else got since but me, nada. If I type in “Feld”, there is no such mount even in collections/mounts tab, so maybe something there. Shrugs as got kit fine. Account still coneccted as checked that as well, and says claimed in Twitch. Over 24 hours for me.

I am now in the “over 24 hours” boat as well. I claimed it on Twitch, my account is connected, etc. Got the kite fine, but I can’t remember how long it took me to get that. I’m getting really concerned because I’ve wanted this mount for so long, and now that I can finally get it… It isn’t showing up in my account?? I’m not sure what to do at this point.
My biggest issue is the fact customer service says “they can’t give it to you”. If I knew 100% certain I was going to get it eventually I would be fine. But sounds like that can screw us out of it if they want to. Also I find this bs they have restored very old stuff before and can do this if they wanted too.

Dunno, got mine yesterday soon as it hit 4 hours watched. Opened the drops page, hit claim, and in a couple seconds it was ingame in my mounts page as an unwrapped gift.
Hope this gets some blue attention, tried everything they suggest and im still missing mine, put a ticket in but by the sounds of it looks like that won’t accomplish anything
I am also missing the mount. Like a lot of you, it doesn’t even show up in my journal. I haven’t changed any passwords, everything is still linked, and shows claimed on Twitch. Over 24 hours, still nothing in game

Got mine instantly on my other account.
Mine was in the collections tab this evening.
The only support I found was in the support section saying to give Twitch Drops at least 24 hours to show in your collection.
Including ensuring that my Bnet and Twitch are connected to each other, I also went and opened a ticket (after waiting 24 hours, as per support website said) which was quickly dismissed by a bot that pointed me here. Well, it has succeeded 24 hours since I claimed the Feldrake yet still don’t have it.
Customer Service is lacking.

It’s been well over 24 hours for me now. Haven’t gotten anything at all. I’m really hoping that it does show up eventually. I don’t mind waiting a few days. It’d be awful if the 2nd swings by and then you can’t claim it anymore then it never shows up. I already claimed it through Twitch, so I dunno. Hoping whoever else and myself end up getting it soon

Yep same here, been over 17 hours and nothing.
30 hours here so far for me, I claimed it as soon as it completed on Twitch
