Same, mine doesn’t show up at all; like it doesn’t exist. But claimed last night from twitch and nothing.

Does anyone know what options to hit in the support portal to be able to log a ticket about this?
I claimed mine 15hrs ago and its claimed in twitch, not appearing in game under mount collections. Dragon kite and Ichabod were instant.
My world server was down at the time I claimed it so maybe that was the issue.
The support portal is extremely slow and the options that are loading ingame and on the website are not allowing ticket logging - it keeps trying to suggest blank recommendations instead of letting me log a ticket.

They did say it takes up to 24 hours. Wait it out then complain. I’m in the same position as you.

On one of my accounts, I got a popup message that I had a new item added to my collection within I’d say 30-ish minutes of completing and claiming the reward on Twitch. The other account’s Feldrake didn’t pop up until I was disconnected on that account for a bit and logged back in hours later.
For the dragon kite, it took until the next day to get it on the one, several more days to get it on the other.
All of the watching and claiming was done at the same time!

Claimed the Feldrake at 10pm on the 28th, still don’t have it 20hrs later. Confirmed twitch account was linked before and after.
EDIT: Over 50hrs and I still don’t have it.
EDIT 2: 4 days, still no mount. They auto-cancelled my first support ticket. Placed another.
EDIT 3: 8 days but I don’t see this getting fixed, so. great.
EDIT 4: Colour me surprised, I actually got the mount 2 weeks later.

I got 100% on Twitch, it’s claim in the drops inventory there. Everything is linked correctly because I have the kite and scare crow pets. It’s just the Feldrake mount that is not showing in game. Twenty hours later. Other people have watched the four hours after I did and have the mount. Give us some help here Blizzard.

I started watching as soon as it became available and claimed it 4 hours later when the requirements were met and it became available in Twitch inventory (Account is linked, and had no trouble getting previous drops). My friends claimed theirs around the same time, and got it instantly…
I, on the other hand, have been waiting for over 20 hours now. Made a ticket to Blizz and Twitch, but so far neither one has been able to help.
I don’t mind waiting, but I’m kind of worried something went wrong and the mount is lost since people who claimed it after me got it pretty much instantly.

Made a ticket about this and they closed it giving me a link to current common issues with Dragonflight.

I am experiencing the same issue. I was able to claim the Kite & Ichabod pet without issue. It has been almost 24hours and have not received mine yet. I checked in guild and everyone had received theirs as soon as they claimed it on Twitch.
It has been 20 hours since I claimed the Feldrake and still no luck my friends managed to get theirs the moment they claimed it but no luck for me =(
23.5 hours here and still no feldrake either
Twitch shows a BNet connection, and Battle.net shows the connection to Twitch with the right user name.
I redeemed the mount in the drops inventory page, got the checkmark under the mount image.
Nothing in mailbox, or the mount collection as an unboxable gift.
same issue here~ its been 24+ hours still nothing , checked other characters relinked accounts , restarted the game. nothing in mailbox or collections :? had to put two tickets in
I claimed it last night and I still haven’t received it yet.
yeah nope did the watching clicked the claim and still nothing… Ive written it off at this point its just another waste of time from blizzard as usual. Sad too havent played since lich king and came back two weeks ago.
If they cant keep their end legit then I wont keep mine and and just take my money else where again
This has always been a problem with their Overwatch League events. Check the OW forums, lots of folks have problems with drops every single time and nothing has ever improved.
Have they actually helped? They just told me to go f*** myself in customer service terms.
It can take 24 hours or so. Try disconnecting and reconnecting to Twitch in your Bnet account. It’ll take them two to three weeks to get to your ticket.
