Not getting credit for Timewalking: Defeat Wrath of the Lich King Raid Bosses

I’ve killed three in Icecrown Citadel and haven’t received credit for any.

Since when is ICC a Timewalking raid?

Indeed.

The timewalking WotLK raid is Ulduar, not Icecrown Citadel.

You get no Timewalking credit for waltzing in and slaughtering the underleveled mobs of an ancient raid or instance. Only credit for the bosses on the properly scaled Timewalking-specific raid or dungeon runs.

It doesn’t actually need to be a timewalking raid, so yes something is wrong. I’ve completed that task for t-log before by killing non-TW raid bosses.

Exactly. I got credit from the BC raids without them being timewalking. Glad to see someone who knows what they’re talking about. :grinning:

I got credit last week for doing SSC during the BC Timewalking event. It was not scaled up and 10 mins later I had all my bosses. Something is wrong this week.

That tells me they fixed a bug you were exploiting earlier.

But QA will decide.

yes possibly. Either way it’s glitchy. Did a Trial of the Crusader (5 bosses) and it took me to 3/5 completion.

Bug exploit? Seriously?

I’m amused by your indignation that people can get credit for a trading post cosmetic without being super l33t.

It’s a bug. ICC should count as other wrath raids count. There have been threads going back to early last year where other raids are counting and not ICC. The sanctum bosses (even the mini bosses that give no loot) and TotC all give credit (just ran them and got it). I did not try Naxx or non-timewalking Ulduar.

Crazy how buggy things in their game are. TotC got me to 4/5 completion lol
