Currently experiencing a weird issue with the Delvers mana skimmer schematic: Energy thrusters not purchasable from the vendor. It requires level 4 on the delvers which Im lvl 7.
Either I did buy it, learned it but it didnt register or its not appearing on the vendor.

I also do not see this on the vendor and it’s the last thing I need for the achievement. I have season 3 delves completed.
We have a wrong criteria assigned that probably only a few people would notice. When I check the “CriteriaTree” database file, the Energy Thrusters criteria is 103524, which is a duplicate of the Season 2 Gob-Trotter Balloon and requires the usage of spell 466970. So, if you’re eager to complete the achievement right now, you should probably buy wowhead.com/item=230219 and use it, because you haven’t learned that yet, right?
(When you did and no longer see the balloon schematic, try to log through more characters you played in 11.1 & 11.2 for the game to hopefully recognize it.)
The CriteriaTree entry 211651 should point to a new criteria with SpellID 1224273 when using wowhead.com/item=238181, but it’s probably more than that with the schematic already being flagged to be invisible on the vendor.
This script returns “true” when one of your characters learned the Energy Thrusters schematic, but it doesn’t matter as long as the achievement has this wrong criteria. (I guess you should also be able to use this customization, it’s just about the achievement)

In today’s PTR Build, they implemented the required changes I mentioned earlier and assigned the correct SpellID, so this fix seems to be planned for the launch of Patch 11.2.7
Doesn’t fix it for me. I have both the balloon and the energy thrusters but the achievement is still saying I lack the thrusters as of 12/9/25. I’ve tried cycling through my characters, visiting the barbershop, to no avail.
