If you’re planning to engage in open world pvp ie. ganking, then I would suggest a pvp server as it will satisfy your needs. If you look at a player of the opposing faction in disgust as they are unflagged, then the pvp server is for you.
However, if you have no intention on ganking people during your leveling experience then I don’t see why you should bother because people will still gank you, and unless you enjoy being on the defensive constantly then I wouldn’t suggest the server.
There are two types of people, those who gank and those who don’t. I think you know where you fit in.
