White does really well with Void Elves. I would post on my main, but you wanted examples, so here is my Mage as a Pirate.

I like to wear orange as it really offsets the purple when you get it on.

Personally I love purple lock colors on my Void Elf, but all kinds of looks work as well.

Eh, this transmog has some purple, but it’s mostly browns and bandages.
