I hear many people posting #nochanges. I’m inclined to agree with this, however I would like to see some non-combat changes.
Warlocks should be able to summon people from anywhere in the world, while inside of an instance. This isn’t a change, but just reverting the game to how it was when it originally launched in 2004. This was a change that many players back then were unhappy with. It made it easier to find replacement group members if the warlock could just bring in someone new.
vanilla was full of changes. I think people dont remember what vanilla was like very well. The amount of back and forth with devs was a large part, imo, what made it so great.
Except that this is patch 1.12, not 2004 launch patch.
Mmm, it was so fun when Vanilla launched. I remember standing in front of the portal in BRD and summoning my whole guild for the attunement quest. I must have summoned 40 or 50 people from all over the world, so much better than needing them to travel to the instance.
But we all know that Blizzard nerfs fun. So much of the feel of Vanilla was lost by starting at 1.12.

Agreed. It was a great time to be a warlock back then. You are correct, blizzard starting removing things which made classic game fun by 1.12
No desire to go through the warrior changes again. Those were miserable times. Druids bear form was useless, hunters were still getting finished, miss chances, bugged mobs… I mean, ya launch was a blast but it was also infuriating. luckily back then, devs had an actual dialogue with the players.
Edit: Warlocks, lets not forget half done warlocks.
Oh, I’m not saying all changes are bad. You’d have to be a fool to think that.
