Do yourself a favor and google fallacious…
You mean you’re not gonna do it, for me, like you did twice, earlier? This will reflect on your tip!
Classic is not Vanilla, Classic can be whatever Blizzard wants it to be. They’ve already changed so much and strayed so far, what’s a little QoL
“But muh slippery slope!”
So either you’re aware of how much of an idiot you come off as and don’t care, or aren’t willing to realize that argument is logically bankrupt. Gotcha.
Just know that by you changing your hair in Stormwind means that LFR is coming to Classic.
^ This is precisely the mentality I’m talking about. “It’s not Vanilla, anyway, so let’s keep making it less Vanilla, LOL!”
Again, insults are not arguments.
Absolutely.
Ironically since Molten Core is easier then current LFR that could be awesome.
That is paranoia, not logic.
^ See? It just steamrolls one right after the other, like lambs to the slaughter.
Read the above Quote.
Telling you, you’ll regret opening up that can of worms.
I said “could be” not that I want it. I was moreso making a jab at how piss easy MC is.
Can you tell me when my character gets its keychain?
It’s not an insult to state that someone who knowingly makes a fallacious argument is either a fool or is arguing in bad faith. Unintentional fallacy usage is one thing. Intentional usage is another…
Don’t say they were unavoidable when it was Activision’s choice from the beginning to not update the original client/server code. Every change was avoidable. They CHOSE not to be authentic.
Semantics. You’re not against it, either, so that leaves an open door for those who do.
Hopefully before Classic is destroyed.
It’s an insult. If you want to talk me then just talk to me. But you haven’t done that. You want to ensure that I’m painted in a certain way. So, let’s lay off the personal attacks and actually have some constructive dialogue.
Therefore we must not be authentic, either?
There’s no such thing as constructive dialogue with someone arguing in bad faith. That’s kind of the point. If you intentionally put forth fallacy, under the guise of constructive conversation, you are purposefully poisoning any chance of said conversation to further your own goals.
I mean if you think a barbershop will destroy classic then it wouldnt take much for classic to be destroyed for you. Im honestly shocked you made it this long with layering being in the game.
There are systems I care about being authentic and systems I don’t care about being authentic.
I would have given up objective improvements to the game for 100% authenticity, but since they threw that out the window, I’d rather they fix basic problems the original game had.
Not to mention piss easy MC, op itemization from 1.10, removing XP from mobs that had XP in vanilla, etc etc
Hence the “emulation” part of my sentence. We are attempting to emulate the game 15 years ago, of course we can’t do it perfectly – in fact that’s exactly what I’m saying.
That’s a bad analogy.
When you emulate a Super Nintendo game, you’re actually running the original game’s code.
This isn’t even emulation. This is a PORT of the original game’s assets into a different engine. It looks different, it plays different, it smells different, it tastes different.
This isn’t vanilla WOW. It had NO CHANCE of being vanilla WOW the second they decided to not update the original client/server code.
