BLIZZARD never said #nochanges. So you are lying if you say this was a lie from blizzard.
The hashtag #nochanges came from players, arguing with other players in the forums about changes to Classic.

but in 1.12 HOJ drops from angerforgeā¦feel free to research itā¦ but it is correct
It always dropped off angerforge, it was added to emps loot table later in the game.

Someone needs to watch the Blizzcon video, or any other piece of information released about Classic since its announcement.
