what it is is just lack of staff and severe lack of QA. still 100% blizzards fault but the incredibly dense ignorant and just plain stupid response of calling the actual employees lazy who are most likely extremely over worked and just doing their job instead of blaming corporate greed keeping them constantly understaffed because money is just incel who never matured past 10 behavior
