Omen2 is available from wowinterface.
Almost none of them would use the addon anyways, so it doesnât really matter for dungeon pugs.
I remember a threat âmeterâ that showed when you had 80% of the current target threat, but I donât know when that was added
oh man. Thanks for this
Psh⌠I didnât even know what the heck âthreatâ was until like 50. Itâll be great!
yeah it would show youâre actual threat per sec and everything in a break down and everyone elseâs threat.
I still remember my warrior tank mantra âwait till I get a few sunders onâ. When raiding or doing 10 mans like ubrs we used a threat meter. As an off tank I needed to keep my threat above the dps but below the main tank. Lots of guess work without that add on. Players who played through Vanilla and BC will adjust easily. Those that didnt start wow till later and are used to just opening up and never pulling threat or spam healing when not really needed are going to die a lot until they realise that threat matters.
Isnât their a built in one in game?
Like around your character portrait? When it turns red youâre about to pull aggro.
The old school way works, wait for at least 2 sundersâŚ
The threat meter is watch the rogueâs dps chart, if you donât ever pass them your safe.
I think KLH has threat meter.
By watching a threat meter you can manage your threat instead of just reacting to aggro when it happens.
It will be interesting. I think we will see alot more bear tanks this time around compared to vanilla.
Bear has way larger TPS than warriors, especially before phase 5. So DPS should be able to open all the way up.
Bears will exist till late BWL then be worthless for a bit
there are several on twitch, which now supports classic addon management.
A LOT of BAD* dps gonna die.
