They must still be having problems with it. I was able to post until I mentioned that I could while unsubbed then for a couple of hours I couldn’t. As you can see I am back posting FOR NOW lol.

I imagine they are still tying to get it fixed.
So my posting will probably end here again soon lol :grin:

Well, I thought I’d check this out on an account I’ve allowed to go fallow. I haven’t played it for a few months (can’t really remember when I last used it.) When I logged onto that account, I could read all the forums, but there was no way for me to post. My guess would be that those without subs who are posting haven’t been unsubbed for very long and the system hasn’t caught up to them. But it’s only a guess.

Fun fact: I don’t have to play a game to realize it sucks. I’m 99% certain some of these “normal” forum posters are Activision PR.

I wonder how many of these people who are “un-subbed” just turned off recurring subscriptions and have game time from tokens and think that is the same about being un-subbed. Game time still means your account is active and “subbed” even if you aren’t agreeing to future recurring billing

I let my sub run out for a couple of weeks because I would be away from my comp. my game time is up so that’s not it.

I agree in a way with you, OP.

Sometimes people unsub right after buying game time and because no refunds, they are able to post til their time runs out which is the correct way to have this.

But those people who unsub, or claim they did, and then come to the forums and cry and whine about how horrible the game is, telling everyone they’ve unsubbed for the 100th time (then they re-sub and do it all over again) those people are freaking annoying.

Some of them, how many Idk, I suspect are actually selling other games.
But others do it because I suspect they are nuts. Kind of like how they’re trapped in a bad relationship yet won’t leave, just keep threatening to and the weirdest part is, the other person in their bad relationship is a gaming company.

Idk OP. It’s been going on a long time, I don’t think they’re going to change.

I understand that there is a bug right now (unless it has been fixed already), that allows anyone to post here. I, myself, have even been able to use an alt on an inactive account to post.

Testing on a starter account that has not had active game time since I used the “BfA trial” back in October.

It appears that the bug is still in effect.

Well now it’s gonna take some time getting used to the new data collecting techniques with the new forums.
Still some things being worked out. Once those are straight the players will be begging blizz to shut up.
We will see leaps in communication not witnessed since the telephone was invented!
Oh boy i think I’ve lost it…LOL might as well keep rolling with it.

I think forum rights should stay for a few months after a sub ends. Maybe to voice why they are not paying you anymore.

A few months? More like a few days or 2 weeks max.
