I’ve had this problem for a week now. I’ve done the basic trouble shooting and even some others that were suggested by the GM’s. The first time I uninstalled/reinstalled the game itself and that did the trick for one game session. When I logged back on later, the sound was out once again. The gameplay runs just fine no issue, there is just no sound…
Next, as suggested by a GM, I uninstalled Microsoft Teams from my Mac Mini, rebooted and logged back into WoW. This did the trick! Or so I was fooled. After another game session with the sound working finally, while in flight to a different location in the game, the sound goes out just before landing at final destination. Crazy! I’m not sure what the problem could be. Sad part is I just got back into playing WoW and this starts happening. I’m kinda disappointed and put off from trying to play anymore if this sound issue persist.
