Why? Really punishes people for making alts. Yeah we get all the levels but why can’t we have like extra quests to give us lets say 1000 soul ash just once to at least let us grab our rank 2 or rank 3.
Thats the plan for 9.1.5 to get people to come back after clearing content. Just gotta be patient.

IIRC you can get your rank 1 leggo in the first week of hitting 60. Getting carried through 8s and then the story quest to rescue Baine will give you like 200 ash.
But waiting 4ish weeks to get to rank 4 sux.
