Correct. Very astute.
Just wanted to make it clear your argument is just your head fantasy and not reality.
Oh, I know. He just throws these little barbs in every one and a while. I think it’s his way of trying to force the issue. Like, if you disagree then you’re admitting you’re a “lazy person” or whatever he thinks of you.
Browbeating. Plain and simple.
“You agree with me right? Because you’re stupid if you don’t. You’re not stupid, are you?”
That kind of thing.
I just want to say that just like when TBC was announced, I’m going to have a good bit of satisfaction going back and reading posts where TBC’ers hated on Wraith and said it would never happen. Sweats spent hours upon hours on here trolling peoples posts saying vanilla should have been the only version, and then I see a few of those SAME people rolling around with 70 avatars now on these forums and it’s hilarious.
You see this nonsense he pulled in the other thread?
Pure, unadulterated misrepresentation with the sole intent of shaming.
While we’re in the realm of “what-ifs” How about that Dual Spec for TBC Classic?
Sounds cool, I support it.
No.
No.
No.
No.
It doesn’t.
What happens is: you wanna be top on everything you have downsides.
Like… the cost of re-spec.
You can’t have your cake and eat it.
I have cake that I’m eating.
Once again, you have no idea how much gold I have.
So the game is now better for everyone.
Right, so dual spec has no significant impact on the game, you just don’t like it.
If you ate it, you don’t have it.
I am ate it?!
This is one of the dumbest statements in history…why would you have cake if you can’t eat it.
For those who didn’t study English, I present you the explanation:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/You_can%27t_have_your_cake_and_eat_it
Basically, you can’t have it both ways.
It is a message to those asking dual spec. There is a cost between the choice of re-speccing and removing the choice remove the meaning of the game as a RPG.
Name RPGs that lock you into your character choice such as the spells, equipment, abilities, etc that you use.
Something something uphill in the snow. Heard the same things before TBC was announced on the vanilla forums. And before that? ON retail forums as well, ‘‘You think you do, but you don’t’’.
This sums up how ridiculous your post was.
I respec whenever I want, what happens that I can’t control is other people don’t queue up for arena’s during raid progression so regardless of how I manage my gold, I get shafted. Less people play arena. Lower participation is objectively bad for the game.
remove the meaning of the game as a RPG
Like having the same factions fight each other in a BG…got it.

Raid progression? this is a joke right.
What you’re complaining about is another problem we have anticipated. It has nothing to do with dual spec.
The problems were:
- Rating of the weapons and gear in S1 and S2
- rating starting at 0
- Personal rating working much similar to retail.
We told that people wouldn’t queue for Arenas and several casuals wouldn’t play.
Dual spec has nothing to do with the low participation in Arena.

Also cake tastes good, you are allowed to eat it when you have one.
