I have the same problem, I really wanted to win the Vicious Saddle mount, but without knowing my progression itās difficult to know what I need to do. It is very frustrating that we, players who are entering PVP, cannot have the minimum (knowing the progression) to get the mount.

Not knowing your progression isnāt a problem, you are not winning the progression, period.
HOPEFULLY this is fixed in today update, but i kinda doubt

Blizz owes a saddle to soo much players, theyāre people with over 300 games through out all rating modes, if this isnāt fixed today they should be ashamed to have this be bugged for so long and keeping us in the dark about why it isnāt fixed yet

Crazy thereās been no reply on this, seen so many posts, comments on AWC videos, reddit, etc. Blizzard must know, they could at least tell people that progress will be retroactiveā¦ itās not perfect but people want to know if hundreds of arena wins are going to be wasted towards this % or not. No mention of it in the upcoming patch notes, and its safe to say this patch will bring more bugs and push this issue even further down blizzards nonexistent list priorities

Just an update, it is finally working again. I got to 100% and received two saddles, maybe as an apology, maybe as a bug. who knows. at least its working
wwhat?! you got 2 saddles, and its actually working?!!
Getting a second saddle in the mail has been a long time bug.
Itās not retroactive which is offending and unacceptable.
