No option to turn in 'Odd Crystals' in Orgrimmar horrific vision

During a 5 mask run this week on this fury warrior, I collected around 8-10 Odd Crystals (Don’t remember the exact number, wasn’t counting, believe I collected most of them.) and went to Zarhaal but he did not have any dialog option for turning in the crystals, just the option that says ‘I’m still looking for more crystals’.

I also disconnected in this vision due to a wonky scorched feet hop, not sure if this is why I was unable to turn them in afterwards.

I had to complete the run without getting any additional mementos for the odd crystal turn in.

had the exact same thing happen to me on my 4 mask, i had all the crystals

Same thing just happened to me. Did a full clear without using an orb. Got the message, “still looking for more crystals.”. Ran around, looted everything, used 2 orbs, tried again. Nothing, same result. Burned the last orb and still could not turn in.
