I’m simply stating that I don’t see a reason to be subbed to the game anymore.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Also 5k isn’t a lot of gold and I’ve stated how I make my gold.
And some people like me just raid log so I am not going to spend my precious time farming gold, doing dailies and other non-sense. 15.00/month is totally worth it to me to allow me to login 2 x week, 3 hrs both days and never login again until the following week.
Given when I stated above, there are still reasons for people to pay for subs.

I do the same thing, i buy tokens now, but that doesnt mean this isn’t a bad thing. Its still a sad state of affairs. Wow/MMOs in general are supposed to be an escape from real world financial elites consistently ruining your life, not a new arena for it, only with fat bald SSRI addicts being the new “elites”.
The game is only in this state because blizzard failed miserably at combatting botting, gold farming, and gold selling. The inflation that has occurred has been insane as a result, and a normal player who wants to be self-sufficient or do odd jobs for their guild cannot compete with the bots, nor can people leveling make reliable gold outside of having gathering professions. The in game economy is a joke as a result and many areas of gameplay are partially or largely closed off to the players.
I would much rather still be paying a sub, and not having to put up with ridiculous, brain damaged paypigs whaling to get their purple pixels first, and their legion of third world slaves farming gold for them. I love gdkps by the way, i just wish everyone was forced to hustle for gold to be able to compete in them first. Because if this was the case, the game would be in a better state, and not ready to collapse the moment people get bored of killing Arthas.

Maybe my time is super duper way more valuable than yours?
I mean…I got hot models to go out on dates with, a bunch of exotic supercars I need to test drive, need to be all suited up for my space exploration mission by a deadline.
Can’t be out here grinding gold when it’s only $15 for a month of game time.

Takes waaaaay more time to farm 5000 gold on wow than to farm 15 dollars at my job.

This, and my job doesn’t even pay that well…
Even if your 5k gold is GDKP money, using it to buy game time pretty noticeably lowers how quickly you get good to buy the gear you want in gdkps…
You have to have active sub to play to the game. You’re talking about payment method. And yes. some people who GDKP a lot pay with game tokens.
