Guys I came up with a conspiracy theory.
Blizzard came out with this terrible expansion because they wanted to top the terrible expansion that BFA was. Because at the end they knew they had no one that would work after 2 horrible expansions in a row! This is where the game dies guys!!!

Blizzard came out with this terrible expansion to get even with players for every real or imagined slight or act of disrepect over the years. They figured they’d fix us, put us in our place, and show us who’s boss.
And wow would rise from the ashes as tens of millions of hardcore hypercompetitive players who were waiting for a complete purge of casuals to make this a safe space for them would subscribe and play Ion’s dream lobby esports game.
