Wait a second, is Fruit Bowl a race or a gender? It should be more appropriately labeled Body Type 1/2 and Fruit Bowl. I’m feeling left out here.
(Joking of course, want to say I’m happy for the changes, and for the people they benefit).

And that’s fine. I never said to the contrary. My entire point was that there is another perspective from other people. Understanding different viewpoints is important. Dismissing each other isn’t good.
on dirt maybe… not on stone or wood.
Yeah, since Legion they do. Funny how they say in Stranglethorn how ninjas are the archenemies of pirates and Rogues now can be both.
I was surprised, too, when I started working with cattle just how silent they stepped, regardless of the surface they were being led on.
I mean, Priests share that same dichotomy.
As much as I like all the ideas for races out there, I’m already splitting my play time too thinly across too many alts, especially if the devs are still considering more per-character grinds.
Personally that’s a good thing. Less is more in WoW. They’re removing borrowed power grinds and all forced weekly content. Now, you hop on do your open world content if you want to, then raid, PvP, or Mythic+ if you want to.
I much prefer this. Now I will actually be able to play alts without having to spend several days catching up first.
saw this comin, and although i knew the folks saying we were getting gnolls, tuskar, centaur, etc, i knew they were wrong.
was still hopin blizz would throw us a curveball and actually give us some of those races though…
Priests are even weirder. I mean, I get how someone that specializes in shadow magic would still be able to conjure some holy magic albeit a lot weaker if it’s not prohibitive by the Light itself, but it’s harder to justify a Holy Priest using shadow magic due to the nature of zealotry and fanaticism.
I’m fine with this. I would just want to level 1 for the achieve/heritage armor and I am already at max characters. xD
Their hooves are quite on dirt and natural surfaces… but no they aren’t quiet on noisy surfaces which is what we keep on saying.
Certainly is a thing that occurred.
Good. I would rather no allied races than trash ones like Gnolls that some trolls are asking for lately
My “realistic” hope was Drakonid to counterbalance the Dracthyr with a solid, bulky draconic option that had access to classes beyond Evoker. I still don’t think it too unreasonable.
My unrealistic hope was for Dragonmaw Orcs and Wildhammer Dwarves. Those were the units that sold me on the franchise, and you’re not able to (legitimately) play as either. Who better to take us into the skies than the Clans that first did so almost thirty years ago?
same, for the most-part. was hoping we’d get… well, ANYTHING other than just the dracthyr. though if i had to pick, i’d want the tuskarr. i want a race with some fishing-buffs!
Really frustrated me we didn’t get those two as allied race options. Wildhammer was mentioned in Warcraft gaming before the Bronzebeard was.
And they do have a different body than the other two dwarf clans.
That’s a flexing hollow floor on a transport. Literal worst-case scenario. I bet the dude is still noisier.
But I suppose I can allow this: Tauren Rogues are allowed only as long as we aren’t loading them into metal transports.
The differences between the Bronzebeard and Wildhammer Dwarves are much more pronounced than the differences between Bronzebeard and Dark Iron. I would love to see the current team’s creativity unleashed on Wildhammers…
A racial where you can just right-click a pool every few minutes and dive in to get everything in one go with be spectacular.
