This is NOT a fix to being out healed this xpac. No one will take this talent, even with the minor buff.
It is like devs don’t play the same game. The spec needs help, not a talent that is never going to be chosen. Every site tells you this talent is a joke, not the healing it gives, but because of the nitch play it has. Again, a minor buff is not going to make anyone take it and we still are far behind other healers.
