No more war or titanforging?

I’m back and I’ve noticed that I never get a war or titan forged drop anymore.

I gather that is a change?

Correct. In 8.3, war/titanforging was replaced with the new “corruptions” that you may have noticed on a few of your drops. You can find more info on corrupted gear here:

Thought as much. Rarely see corruption on anything equaling the Ilevel of what I have.

Seems to only come up on drops of useless gear.

Ah well.

Some of the corruptions are very powerful so it may be worth simming or at least looking up the specific corruption before you scrap the item. It may be worth equipping even if it has the wrong stats or is a lower ilevel.
