Very poor decision. This now also puts M+ players squarely in the boat that delvers were before (requiring RNG to be in their favor to loot pieces in every armor slot on a weekly lockout in order to complete a set). Itās still completely possible for an M+ player filling their vault with Myth slots every week to not be offered the full armor set over the course of the season solely due to RNG, and now that player may be forced to farm the set as legacy content if they happen to be that unlucky.
If theyāre really dead-set on this type of change, then they should tie the ability to get Myth appearances from Hero track gear to the seasonal FoS which grants the set effects to all of the non-Myth sets (i.e. 2500 M+ rating, 1800 PvP rating, or clearing the raid on Mythic; season 3ās version of this is Void Wear Prohibited). This would restrict the appearances from delve players, which seems to be the only real intent of this change, while not also screwing over high M+ players.
But IMO the upgrade change should just not be a thing at all.
I have heroic tier on all my characters I play. Not because I feel I need it but because I wanted the transmog. I achieved this 100% solo in Delves. Bottom line I have a way currently to obtain Heroic Tier Tmogs. Blizzard is trying to take that away.
Itās not like the ability to obtain this has never been a thing and Iām asking for it. If that were the case? You would be 100% justified in your statements. But the fact of the matter is I do have a way to obtain this currently. Blizzard wants to take that away from me and everyone else in my situation so I have every right to complain.

Thatās great. Iām glad you collected them. Iām sure you enjoyed them. The one time you tried them on.
Itās also interesting to think about how Normal raids are going to be an absolute ghost town now.

The hell? People wear their mythic transmogs all the time. Itās what I wear the most out on all of my toons. Obviously I wouldnāt quit over something I didnāt care about or value.
I understand in a vacuum being negative and complaining can be annoying if you donāt care about the thing the other person is complaining about, but I aināt gonna be all 'tee hee itās okay you are treating me like a second class citizen. I will be perfectly happy farming delves wearing my ugly looking gear whereas elitists get stuff that actually looks nice!" I can forgive tombstones, Legion artifact appearances, feeling abandoned by the current dungeon system as it has nothing for me (I like Delves but ideally Iād like to like Delves and Dungeons againā¦ but they are just about Mythic+ now) and other things I find annoying in the game but not annoying enough for me to quit. This, however, is annoying enough for me to quit.

Exactly! If they are going to gate keep this behind Mythic raid than at least have a benchmark for other content where you get the whole cosmetic outfit. Hell, even if they made it 3k for mythic plus would be better than praying to the vault each week that you donāt get utter crap. For delve it might be delver challenge boss.
SOMETHING is better than NOPE you got to mythic raid to collect this set that only .05 of the player-base completes within the patch cycle.

Iād be okay with tying it to 3k in M+. KSH as it is already feels pretty low as far as getting the mythic effects, so itās kind of hilarious itās still a āone of anyā criteria at the same level as Mythic Dimensius this season.
The Devs probably see those two things going hand in hand ie removing combat addons will probably push people out of Mythic so even more Prestigeā¢ļø

Delves are fun and the main reason I am currently doing them right now on my newly leveled Horde Paladin is cause I want the Heroic color of the current tier set. I donāt raid and not being able to upgrade to the specific color I am after will really suck. Hope this change doesnāt stick.

3k is respectable to achieve full Mythic tier set appearance. But that isnāt good enough for them. They want to be the only ones to have access to it when they donāt care about visuals to begin with and want to charge people wow token to run them through stuff.
In a world where you can pay for PVP ranking etc. do we really need to gate keep these appearances as if they mean anything achievement wise?
This is ONLY hurting casuals.

Iām only speaking for myself here kid. Not once have I claimed anybody else to share my opinion. I know that response is popular among people that like to deflect and dismiss. If I ever say more than myself, youāre welcome to correct me on it, but as of right now, speaking for just me, in my own personal opinion, using no one elseās opinion, without bringing any extra bodies into this, without speaking for anyone other than myself, Yeah people try on an outfit one time and after theyāre bored with it, it never comes back out again.

An added bonus is people canāt Troll behind classic tunes anymore if they change that.
