Why does it have to be “in exchange”?
I never thought Blizzard would make this change and it’s nice that they did, but this system was here for 2 expansions where your gear upgrades let you target transmog pieces. Now you need to get the weapons on every difficulty and can’t get unlock appearances that are currently able to be unlocked via upgrades. Why does it have to be an exchange of a detriment for a QoL upgrade? They can just improve the system.
