When you unsub they ask you why. You can type in a reason if none of the pre-fills apply.
Software dev teams have means of dispositioning blob text feedback. Used to be having an intern run through all of them periodically to parse the reason. Now you can run it through agentic AI to spit out a reason. Just tell them. They won’t contact you or anything but if their unsubs spike and the bar on their chart for “mythic appearance changes” goes up they will know at a high level.
