I often remember Ve’nari’s statement “get in, take what you need and get out” when I’m in the Maw. Did the 10 souls quest and one of the weekly quests yesterday and was at two eyes, that’s enough for a weekday evening for me. You don’t have to do all the quests there. Stay out of Perdition Hold and the Beastwarrens if you are not in a group or are not a stealther. Consider avoiding the quests in Gorgoa as well, you can get swamped by the roaming bands of mobs there. Yes progress is slower but my guess is you will avoid so many deaths. Also consider running away - it’s a legit strategy.
