That’s were you are wrong. They said they will be adding new things in Shadowlands (not the pre-patch) and after it too.
The problem is: they stopped eveyerthing. They have no plan to continue.
If they don’t have a plan, it means they aren’t delivering for a long time.

There is no excuse for them not delivering this feature. Not to mention how broken Nightborne still are. People came back to the game because of this.

The raiders I know aren’t happy about not only the continued lack of class tier sets but also now it’s not even unique armor at all. It’s just a recolour…

Technically it’s possible to add stuff every week, maybe every day. So it actually looks worse framing it that way.
People don’t play games that they’re “butthurt” about. Roughly 90-95% of the people in this thread agree with me. While forums don’t indicate per se the opinions of the general public we do know the majority of players are casuals with transmog farming and cosmetics being immensly popular. Giving the chance that this will 100% hurt their profits in a noticeable way.
I had several friends who returned… they’ve left again. Prob won’t be coming back.

I know they said “many new customizations” and “most races” but not every race. And I doubt at this stage you would have much chance of getting a refund anyhow, given how long the expansion has been out and how long you have presumably been playing it. And anyhow, they have promised far more impactful stuff in the past and not delivered on it. I mean, we lost an entire raid tier in WoD.
Yes you are. I may think it’s a fairly minor grievance, and it’s my right to think that, just as it’s your right to think what you do. If you find the game no longer fun and this is the last straw as it were, then good luck with your future entertainment and may it fill whatever requirements you have to your satisfaction.

No one was expecting everything at once. I was expecting them to continue their work and an update though.

well written OP and thought out. I think you grievances are fair.
im having fun with the game and to counter your statements i think the art i’ve seen so far has been absolutely baller and on point. As a creative individual I have to say its sometimes dangerous to rush those creative energies but obviously you can’t hold up a raid tier for a lack of creative ideas. however i’ve never seen a raid tier recycled into another raid tier xmog set so I will need to confirm that before passing judgement.
as long as wow maintains their core visual art group i think the game will still ahve good life in it. the art team brings a lot to this game.

The purpose of a paragraph is to express a speaker’s thoughts on a particular point in a clear way that is unique and specific to that paragraph . In other words, paragraphs shouldn’t be mixing thoughts or ideas.
That second paragraph wasn’t referring to Shadowlands.
