Hi, our guild killed heroic N’Zoth this week and after the fight, myself and 2-3 other players were stuck in the main fight area despite being at high sanity and being alive. Those of us who were stuck outside received loot nor the malefic core for the cloak.
I can’t help you with the loot, but you can still get the core by full clearing a vision if you haven’t already. If you have already gotten a core from a vision, N’Zoth wouldn’t have dropped a 2nd one anyway.

same thing happend to me, ive wasted so much time killing nazoth like 4 times for my core and nothing beacuse of this bug i cant loot another mal core, so now im behind because blizz still has this bug? A gm told me he cant gimme a core so now what?! this pissed me off so much i logged into another mmo
Cores are unique. if one exists in your bag or bank, you’re not going to get another until it’s consumed. You’ll only get one core a week, either from your first N’zoth kill OR your first full clear of the vision.
