We are a very friendly, experienced, active progression raiding guild. We are currently 6/8M in EP, and were 9/9M in BoD and 8/8M in Uldir. Our environment is one that is focused on getting raid content down swiftly while still having fun. Weâre not a bleeding edge progression guild, but weâre not super casual either.
We raid 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8 - 11 EST
Weâve been around since day-one and have been raiding for 14 years now, and are the only guild on ZulâJin to have done so. Most of our members are out of school and have jobs, so we offer a more mature, stable, balanced environment. How many other raiders can say theyâve done everything from Ragnaros to Archimonde (twice) in the same guild?

What will be expected of you:
Discord is required, not just for listening purposes but to also communicate with the raid.
Attendance is a must, we understand that real life comes first and are more than happy to make necessary adjustments but a heads up is always appreciated.
Preparedness is another must, we always show up with pots, flask, and food buffs. Most nights Cauldrons and Feasts will be provided, but having the back ups just in case is required.
Performance is a no brainer. Although mechanics are important maintaining high DPS and or Healing is extremely important.

Hey there, we might be a good fit for you if youâre interested in semi-hardcore mythic progression. We start at 8 though not sure if you can swing the 30 minutes early.
Weâre looking to grow our M+ community as well as a couple more people to round out our roster and push further mythic raids in a laid back manner(get as far as we can but no stressin it). Weâre all mostly older raiders who understand life happens. We do tmog runs when thereâs interest and m+s regularly throughout the week.
CD is a progression-oriented guild thatâs been around for 13 years and recently moved to Area 52 from the Eonar server. We pride ourselves on only playing with people we actually enjoy spending time with(no toxicity or drama) and are currently looking for mature players to bolster our roster. Most of us are 1/8M EP, but as a guild we are only 8/8H. Most of us are previous Mythic raiders. Our raid environment is not for those who take offense to things easily. About Us
Upper Echelon is a 20-man Mythic Horde guild on US-Thrall in the EST timezone. We raid Tues/Thurs from 8:00 PM EST - Midnight EST.
Upper Echelon has been a 20-man or 25-man raiding guild since the start of Ulduar and has continuously improved since its inception. The guild was founded on the principles that good players should be able to progress content on a light schedule. We raid two nights a week, for 8 hours. Period. An extra night is never added.
Upper Echelon understands that there are great players out there that cannot commit to an intense hardcore schedule but would still like to raid at a competitive level. The guild has been continuously ranked at or near the top of progress for two-night a week guilds raiding at the maximum difficulty (25-man previously, 20-man currently). When joining Upper Echelon you will be a part of a stable guild with strong leadership that isnât going anywhere. Players joining our guild tend to stay for the long haul.
Furthermore, the guild strives to create an environment that is fun and rewarding. You wonât find players at each otherâs throats here, such individuals will not last and will not make it past the recruitment process. Most of our members have families, jobs, and other commitments that preclude them from a more hardcore schedule. We come together with the same goal and that is to always clear the end-boss of a tier before new content becomes available.
Raiding with Upper Echelon:
If you are accepted into our guild, you will be raiding. We typically do not carry a large bench and everyone participates. With loot in BfA we will be using RCLC to distribute unneeded loot via Loot Council. Our loot council is very fair, transparent and tends to prioritize need.
We ask all our members to research fights, know their class and participate in our Discord regarding boss strategy. With an 8 hour schedule, itâs important everyone is prepared as we must maximize our time. We have a short break at about the half-way point each night, other than that we expect to be efficiently clearing and progressing.
