I had a community since vanilla that I played with. Since I’d say wrath it started hemorrhaging. Finally in 8.2.5 it formally disbanded. No one cared about the game anymore except me I suppose.
It’s been 3 months. Now I struggle to log in, complete anything, find motivation for anything. I’d really like to find that group of friends in the game again now. But I just go through guilds where people seemingly ignore me. I was gkicked from another for not logging in for 3 days (I had the flu). It’s been a demotivating experience overall.

I had one friend left up until 8.3, then he rolled vulpera so now i have no friends anymore.

I mean, why would anyone play retail…? This expansion is so terrible. Classes feel terrible, no tier armor sets anymore, this expansion was terrible.

I’ve had tons of friends around the entire expansion, especially since 8.3. Don’t know what to tell ya.
My friends and my bf stopped playing. 
I have 1 main friend I talk to and play with sometimes but I’m casual and don’t do much content so that’s probably my reason for not having friends

I’ve felt like that sometimes. And so did my best friend in WOW, so I understand how you feel. I try to find new people, even though most are jerks. My friend on the other hand, would leave if I stopped playing.
What can I say? Perhaps to keep trying, but I’m sure you’re tired by now. Best of luck, regardless of what you decide to do. 
just stop playing, i hit r14 last reset and am officially done now, thanks wow classic it was actually kind of a blast.
me too man, me too. been soloing everything since i came back. i dont really mind cause i been making due just fine. and plus i cant really fault the peeps i came into the game with so long ago cause i know exactly how it goes. eventually we all come back though.
