Are you having issues reading?
You’re trying to say that throwing someone’s words back to them is the same as hazing and shaming.
I said it’s not and gave examples how it’s not.

My reading comprehension is fine, but there are instances here of reading too much into fellow posters and the intention of a megacorp.
I don’t see the big deal. The questions were typically flippant or things they have answered before. Not to mention a bunch of time was always eaten up because everyone had to shout out their guilds and other friends they play with.
They’ve been retreating further and further from players since Cataclysm. That’s where they encountered their first large scale public backlash, and they’ve been building the wall higher and higher ever since.
That’s what made it personal and fun. It’s gotten so corporate and regulated now. Very little authenticity remaining.
Nobody is forcing you to read them.
Wasn’t it the Red Shirt guy years back that sort of ruined it for Live Q&A questions at Blizzcon…cause he caught blizzard out of touch with their product really bad.
Yes, no problem, different strokes for different folks. I’ve always been held accountable for what I am supposed to do on the job and am happy to defend what I’ve produced as an employee. I think it’s also easier to defend your product if you are proud of what you’ve created. They should be able to find at least a few people from the dev team who can handle the heat, if not it goes to show how well none of them seem to handle pressure, it’s not a good look.
I don’t think they can handle answering any real or serious questions… They cant even acknowledge how bad their games have done in recent years; Warcraft Reforged, HotS…
D4 has tanked in the player reviews-- Most notably on Steam-- and viewership is REALLY BAD on Twitch, but if you look at the bnet launcher atm, they are advertising 10/10 scores from various gaming websites. I mean, the devs have to be living in another reality.
There is absolutely no way they can put down the Prozac long enough to do a real Q&A.
BlizZard lacks very few real working professionals these days that are capable of engaging with their customers in a human way.
They have lost the plot of plow the field like a beast of burden head down. Quite a sad end for BlizZard.
With MS take over we shall see if even the smallest of changes forces them to course correct.
Why haven’t crests been made accountwide? I hate Blizzard so much man.
Where I can ask the question ?
It’s a stupid question but I kind wanted to know if they want to allow humans to be shaman . Since kul tiran is also human. Still don’t make sense for me only allowing the kul tiran race
Those aren’t hard questions. Those are troll’s LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME! questions. Nothing more.
I personally don’t mind if they take live questions. People can be incredibly toxic and negative, simply because there are so many angry gremlins. I don’t blame them at all.
Some of Blizzcon’s best moments have been in Q&A’s. Red shirt guy, or Metzen’s unexpected Thrall question after he retired. Not to mention Diablo Immortal lmao.
I hope this isn’t the model going forward
Best moments for you but as a company, in this age of review bombing and mob mentality I have no doubt questions would be just snarcky attacks on blizzard by people that dont even play the game now. Every game that comes out is review bombed and people feel like their opinions matter so giving them a mic in frot of everyone is no longer feasible
