There is one by Khadgar. I don’t really think they are suppose to utilize order hall resources it’s just a default legion resource and by lore standards they weren’t even around then.

Why you need one? You dont really need to do any old content, you start at lvl 60

I dont think people are opposed to it directly but opposed to the idea it HAS to be done. It would be like saying they HAVE retroactively add tier sets to old raids for classes that didnt exist when the raid was out. Of all the things Im worried about dev time going towards, its not making sure dracthyr have a table.

Or you can choose another expansion for leveling why you want to be in legion. Blizzard just send you to shadowland cos thats Blizzard’s favorite expansion

Nah we don’t get one cause poor indie studio Activision Blizzard can’t afford to go to the effort of using the Bronze Dragonflight and The Cavern of Time to add us into legion 
But seriously I’m so annoyed by it like seriously couldn’t go to the effort to add us in there via Bronze Dragonflight time shenanigans similar to what they did with all the Caverns of Time dungeons where they’re like helping us Travel through time too experience the events we’ve missed while in Stasis just lazy.
Also, other races that didn’t exist at the time of Legion are able to still do order halls and mission tables.
It’s just the class that’s bugged, not the races themselves.
I’m surprised there’s no “default fallback” mission table in the violet citadel. I’m not even asking for an order hall, just the table itself.
Heck, we can’t even finish the regular main campaign story of Legion due to quests not appearing for Evokers. There’s one for instance as part of Val’Sharah questing that’s completely invisible to us atm.

Not surprised when I tested Legion on Beta it was completely broken guessing that missing quest is the one I came across one of the Archdruid ones correct?
But after that went to test another zone don’t remember which and Khadgar wasn’t at Krasus’ Landing to tell me where to go.
Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the Broken Shore quests that require the completion of the Class Order Hall campaign are also broken.
